A fantastic little chair which started off life as an office chair covered in a tatty black leatherette fabric, and which was brought to life by having it completely restored and re-upholstered by a young, local, fully-qualified upholsterer. A solid wood frame with an attractive curve to the arms and rounded finish to the front legs.

Fabric: Covered in Sanderson Morris & Co 1995 ‘Fruit’ fabric in Ivory/Teal 100% cotton. Fruit is one of the first William Morris designs, produced initially as a wallpaper in 1864, and demonstrated early on its creator’s skill as a pattern maker. Displaying an abundance of ripened pomegranates hanging from the branches of an overflowing tree, flora and fauna entwine to give this fabric greater depth.
